Mission

The mission of Orbspace is to combine traditional launch vehicle know-how, creativity, most recent computing resources, off-the-shelf industrial (non-space) components as well as the efficiency of a small team in order to provide high quality engineering services, components and systems at significantly lower cost. Lower cost are the key to develop new markets for space launch applications, in particular private commercial space flight. Achieving lowest cost by keeping highest quality, reliability and most of all safety is the essence of our know-how and innovation.

Vision

Our vision is to make space flight a reality for everyone. We believe suborbital commercial space flight is an opportunity for a first step towards a self-sustained commercial private market for space transportation. A successful free market will grow, increase capacity and gradually reduce cost. Free competition will stimulate a continuous performance growth which will eventually lead to low cost human access to low Earth orbit.
